Imperial Trade I cannot withdraw funds from the trading platform

I've been working with them for about three months and everything looks good, we're functioning every day and the working relationship is spot on. But everything got complicated since last week (March 4, 2024) when I wanted to withdraw around $1000 and they mentioned that I had to pay a commission before doing so (I do know that I have to do this and I will Do). Done right), then they stopped taking my calls and messages and of course they kept all the capital I invested. I have the operational history, the contract, the account number I transferred money from, the phone number, access to my account. Account on MetaQuotes platform 4 (where I make my money). If additional evidence is needed, I'll be happy to share. I need help withdrawing my money there and I hope I can find a way around this fraud :( Attachment captures the transfer, brokerage server, payment token and the portion that reflects the amount I have
