Scammers may provide other false details including email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses and company reference numbers. They may mix these details with the authentic details of the authorized company.
This isn’t the first time the Plus 500 has been cloned. Back in May, the FCA issued a warning about “FX Plus500,” a clone of UK FX/CFD broker Plus500. The FCA stressed that the clone company was not authorized and operated under the website "www.fxplus500.co.uk".
