Guan Aiguang pointed out that compared with the requirements for high-quality development of the industry, the green governance of express packaging still has shortcomings such as the legal standard system covering the entire chain has not yet been established, the situation of joint management has not yet been formed, and the informatization supervision methods are lagging behind. In the next step, the State Post Bureau will adhere to systematic governance and comprehensive policy implementation, implement the basic ideas of reduction, standardization, recycling and "prohibition, restriction, reduction, circulation and reduction", and will not relax around the "9917" project, conduct pressure at all levels, and strengthen Supervise and assess, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, and ensure that the set goals are successfully completed before the end of the year. Focus on four aspects of work: First, focus on governance, comprehensively strengthen the management of excessive packaging of express mail, implement the national plan for plastic pollution control, and ensure that by the end of 2025, postal express outlets across the country will ban the use of non-degradable plastic packaging bags, Plastic tape, disposable plastic woven bags, etc. The second is to be realistic and pragmatic to promote recycling, steadily promote pilot projects for large-scale application of recyclable express packaging, and promote packaging recycling and reuse. The third is to continuously strengthen supervision, seriously investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations such as excessive packaging, steadily promote the reform of the supervision methods of supplies and equipment in the postal industry, and accelerate the construction of a green management monitoring and analysis platform for express packaging. The fourth is to coordinate and manage together, strengthen departmental coordination, implement powers and responsibilities, and pay attention to publicity.
